Zarandul Forestry Partnership” has no patrimony purpose and it is wode up for
having in charge the forests of associated members juristic or private persons. It is composed
of 17 members who are administering together the forests through their own staff,
belonging to „Zarandul Forestry”, a sub-unit without any juridical
personality.

Forestry’s aim and activity, object Zarandul Forestry”
manages the associated members forests acording to the specific and general laws
with a view to obtain the highest profits for the owners and also to develop the
countryside communities from the area. The activity
object includes a complete ensuring for the forest’s integrity and guard,
the forest’s culture and restoration; the growing operations and directing
the woods for achieving the production goals aswell as the intensifications of the
